If you created a United Motorists Team (UBG) member account, you can request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data. This page is public — you do not need to sign in to read it or to contact us about deletion.

1. Sign in to the United Bikers Group mobile app with your active member account.
2. Open the Profile tab.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Scroll to Legal, then tap Delete account (or open Delete account from the same section).
5. Type DELETE in the confirmation field and enter your password.
6. Confirm permanent deletion.

If you cannot use the app (for example, you uninstalled it or no longer have access), email us from the address registered on your account:

Include:

• Subject line: Account deletion request
• Your registered email or username
• Your full name as shown on your profile
• A clear statement that you want your account and personal data deleted

We may reply to verify your identity before processing the request. Deletion is typically completed within a few business days after verification.

• Your authentication account and profile record
• Trip and activity registrations linked to your account
• Profile photo and uploaded registration documents stored for your account
• Push notification tokens associated with your account

We may retain minimal records where required by law, fraud prevention, or legitimate team safety obligations (for example, anonymised trip statistics or audit logs without personal identifiers). Admin accounts cannot be self-deleted in the app; contact support for administrator offboarding.
